Pai Mu Tan

This Chinese white tea aka White Peony, Bai Mu Dan and Pai Mu Tan is fabulous as an evening tea. Sweet, smooth and flowery with a hint of fruit. Make it with a low temperature water (like a green tea) and short steeping time for a light, delicate cup. For a cup with more body use steeping time up to 7 minutes
