***New-Pai Mu Tan is now Organic. This Chinese white tea aka White Peony, Bai Mu Dan and Pai Mu Tan is fabulous as an evening tea. Sweet, smooth and flowery with a hint of fruit. Make it with a low temperature water (like a green tea) and short steeping time for a light, delicate cup. For a cup with more body use steeping time up to 7 minutes
