Black Tea
Black teas vary considerably depending on the region of origin, but the manufacturing process includes the same four stages: withering or drying, rolling, oxidizing, and firing. It is during the final stages that the tea turns black and develops the aroma and appearance we associate with black tea. Rich, full-bodied, and bold black teas taste delicious with milk or honey and also taste great as "self-drinkers".
