Oolong Tea
Oolong tea's abundant flavor begins when three leaves and one bud are plucked at the optimum moment from the tea bush. They are then processed immediately. Oolongs are semi or half oxidized teas. Some oolongs are put through a longer oxidations process and are darker in appearance then the lighter, greener variety. Oolongs are complex teas with a delicate, floral to nutty flavor and often have a sweet aftertaste.

Food Pairing Suggestions:
Oolong teas that are medium to dark oxidized pair well with Chinese, Thai and grilled foods. Chinese restaurants often serve oolong tea. Oolongs are also delicious on their own!
